ReminiCare is a voluntary consumer wellness platform providing memory engagement, reminiscence activities, and personalized interactive content.

2. No medical advice

ReminiCare does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a replacement for professional medical care. Consult qualified professionals for healthcare decisions.

3. Accounts and authorized use

Users are responsible for accurate account information, protecting their credentials, and using the service only for lawful and authorized purposes. Caregivers acting for a Member must have appropriate authority.

4. User content

Users retain ownership of the photos, stories, questions, and journal entries they submit. They grant ReminiCare the limited rights required to host, process, and display that content within the service.

5. Acceptable use

Users may not misuse the service, access another person’s information without authorization, upload unlawful or harmful content, interfere with platform security, or use the service to make automated clinical decisions.

6. Privacy

Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy, including the handling of photos, facial information, and care-related information.

7. Availability and changes

Features may change as the service develops. ReminiCare may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse prevention.
